Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Griot's Garage BOSS Correcting Foam Pads. These are a three inch diameter 5/8 inch thick foam pad, that's going to install on your three inch orbital backing plate on your random orbital with simple hook and loop attachments there on the back. This is going to be the Correcting Foam Pad kit. The BOSS series from Griot's Garage has three different options. You have your Correcting pads, you have your Perfecting pads, and your Finishing pads.

So your Correcting pads here are going to be a little bit denser foam. These are going to help remove nicks, swirls, and holograms. Other light to moderate defects on your vehicle's surface. The Perfecting pads are just a little bit squishier I guess, would be a term for the foam. That's going to help remove hazing and blemishes.

So other more surface level stuff, light defects in your vehicle. And then your Finishing pads are going to be the least dense foam. And they're going to be for applying your finishing cream and other sealants. So, three different options, make sure that you're getting the right one for your needs or you could get a couple of each so that you have all three for the process. Going from correcting to perfecting to finishing.

These are going to be a very lightweight foam. So they're not going to weigh down your orbital make it difficult for you to control. These will move very smoothly for you. They are a nice firm padding. So they're going to be very durable and long lasting.

You can see that hole in the middle there. That's a cooling hole. That's going to exhaust hot air to help protect the pad from being warped. It's going to help it to retain its shape and resist any bending. These are machine washable, so a very easy to keep clean and you are going to get three of them. So, while you're washing one, you can use another one. Or if you're washing two at the same time you can have a third there so that you always have one on hand to use for any of those minor to moderate defects, as you're correcting them. Griot's does have a lot of other options to help when you're maintaining your vehicle.
